New on 500px : Day 153: The Wellcome Collection Staircase by UrsulaRodgers by UrsulaRodgers

I learned about this staircase from looking at Aaron Yeoman’s work (http://ift.tt/1M54Pye), and thought it would be great to try shooting as part of my fisheye project for this year. It was a challenge shooting at such a wide angle (the narrowest aperture is 17 mm), but I’m happy with this result.

Whilst I am still working through my Venice images I thought I would share with you all an image I took at the start of the year, the opening of the brand new staircase at the Wellcome Collection.

This staircase didn’t fail to disappoint and I really enjoyed taking photos of it, the staff even encouraged it so big thumbs up there!

Not the easiest of staircases to photograph as I would have liked to get in the middle of centre part of the staircase to look directly up but I am sure me clambering around aa brand new staircase may not go down to well ;-).
