I wanted a reflection shot of this wonderful mountain so i stood right there in the water. Cludes Tomato had a lot of fun while filming how I stupidly ran away from the waves, but when I already had water in my boots I didn’t care anymore. The reflection pics will follow, but i really like this one with the wave as a leading line. I thought it will be horrible with the wet boots, but it wasn’t as cold as i expected =)

Hengifoss is a very rewarding tall waterfall right at the end of the hike. It is the third highest waterfall in Iceland with a drop of 128 meters. Due to heavy rains, the stream was rather rapid and deep in places, which prevented me from getting closer to the fall.
