This weekend I got to treat myself and drive from my home in Bognor regis all the way to the new forest to explore. I have not been there on my own before but the weather was perfect and peaceful. I found a car park near a wooded area and sat down in the sun with my camera, and waited for the wildlife to come to me. This Nuthatch soon joined me, giving me only a fleeting glimpse of course. But being one of my faveourite woodland birds it is a sighting I am pleased with.

I am a volunteer photographer at the Wetland Wildfowl Trust in Arundel, West Sussex. This was taken there on one of their lakes there where family’s are able to take the young children and feed the ducks up close. The Falcated duck is one that is especially eye catching.

Discovered this spiraling stairway standing unassumingly behind a clock tower at Omkar Hill temple complex in Bangalore, India.. The timing I got there was just perfect. It caught my attention due the glorious sunset unfolding behind it.
