During April 2016 I hiked up Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons National Park with my partner Nadia. When we stopped off at the highest peak confronted by this view there was no option but to get as many shots as we could before collecting the cheese and ham sandwiches from our bag and enjoying a well earned rest.

From a 9 mile walk the other day. My turning point was a a quarry in the beacons. I stood looking back to the place I walked and a lovely patch of light lit ip the area around Toy y Foel mountain. I switched to the 70-200 and rattled off a few shots. Thought mono suited this?
