HVB Tower, München
The building, originally completed in 1981, will be reconstructed from 2013 to 2015 (some adjacent buildings till 2018). The listed facade will be replaced but the optical appearance will stay the same. Reorganization of the office space will create some additional workspace. Through the remodeling, the building will become a “green building” and LEED certified. It will also be renamed as HVB Tower.
