This Cheetah was known as Bomba (Swahili for Super) and mum to 4 x 7week old very cute “fuzz balls”, she has just spotted a potential threat, which turned out to be another female who was heavily pregnant and just as keen to put some distance between the two.

This leopard was sitting pretty atop the tree and was gazing intently at some prey in the distance. Knowing that it was likely to descend I decided to not shoot the image with my 500mm and opted to shoot with my 70-200mm instead. This image was captured when it descended the trunk.
