[IT] La vela e il mare. Un monotono Seppia realizzato in chiave alta. Morbidezza , evanescenza e vecchia stampa gli obiettivi che mi sono prefisso. La tecnica è basata su un complesso processo a più stadi. I passi fondamentali sono : 1) Bianco e nero in chiave alta . 2) Conversione tono seppia. 3) Regolazione luci alte , toni medi e ombreggiatura. 4) regolazione master della luce principale mediante curva dei livelli.

The contrast between this old transportation mean and the glorious cityscape could tell you a lot about Dubai story.
Sea was always the hope of this desert-surrounded city; since the pearl age through offshore oil and freezone international trade till reaching current days where controlling the seashore and creating islands and cannels is one of the city features.
Although it is far away from there now, Dubai is still trying to be connected to its heritage, from its local’s customs to the shape of that sail-like building to the still alive old habits of its people such as their passion of desert, houses and boating.

The Jet d’Eau (French pronunciation) water-jet is a large fountain in Geneva, Switzerland and also is one of the largest fountains in the world (the second – 140 m of altitude). It’s a principal symbol of Geneva and a most actrative turistic place.
But why the title ” Geneva’s light of candle/ sail (vela in portuguese)? During a night you can see a big candle light iluminate a beautiful city of Geneva and in some time a big sail! Every day you have in this lake tha racing sails competion and sailboats. Of course the beautiful and colorful reflectios is another fantastic side of this shot! Enjoy. Press “M” for more details.
