Hønefoss, Norway. The waterfall runs through our small town and splits it in two. Since the waterfall is regulated by the local power company it usually only carries water during flood seasons. “Oppgangssaga”, the sculpture, was donated to the town by a local bank in 1976, and is made by the artist Knut Steen.

It took seven or eight visits to this location before I got the conditions I wanted, which basically isn’t a big deal since it’s only a five mins drive away. Almost forgot to mention the 100 m sprint and the rapid succession of tantrums when the light was good. Plenty of focal points for dof.
