This photo is taken on one of the famous spot in amsterdam. Red light district is the most famous area as well as the most visited part in amsterdam in night. Offcourse it is not allowed to take photographs there for obvious reason.. But this part is on the other side of the red light district which is not so famous and hence not crowded. You can see the prostitutes are offering their services behind the red light windows.

I (mistakenly) went to visit the famous Amsterdam Redlight District on a Friday night. It was so packed that I couldn’t even walk my bike down the street. I wanted to do a bit of night shooting alone the canals, and found this intersection with a perfect reflection. What you can’t see is the thousands and thousands of people all packed in at the other end of the curve.
