This picture has been taken at the Ozora Festival, an electronic music festival happening in Hungary every August.
Given that there is no lake on the festival and the temperatures can reach up to 45°C (113°F) in the day, the Hungarian firefighters are wandering the festival grounds while hosing dancing people to prevent them from overheating.
Every time the firefighters are getting close to one of the stage, several hundreds people are running to them, trying to be sprayed by some fresh water.
