An adult male Gelada baboon, examining its surroundings. We’ll spend two full days shooting these amazing and hilarious animals from close range during our visit to the Simien Mountains NP on my ‘Earth, Wind and Fire Ethiopia photo workshop this coming October. This lion showed up out of the blue and I had to improvise because I had my back to it. The picture is taken handhold, without any adjustments to the camera and shot out of the back window of the car.
