My first hint of colour in this stream.
I had seen this composition in a painting whilst out at dinner before a workshop I was leading. I hadn’t realised the island could be isolated and wondered if the painter has used a little artistic license. I searched for a viewpoint at Sunrise. A tricky place to shoot as its a very busy part of the lagoon, but I managed a couple of exposures without traffic..
