Some more fun with Nikon glass on the Sony a7 ii.

This is a 1949/1950 Leica iiic converted to iiif with a red dial. I got it this past weekend from a local college student who loved it but did not shoot with it enough to keep it. What I was really after was this Elmar 50mm. It’s in great shape and is a piece of history I had to own. This one is likely from the 1930s. It is the lens that the pioneers of 35mm film photography would have used. I might not keep this body, but the lens I intend to keep and pass on to my kids . . .
