One of my favourite views in the world. The excitement of walking into a hawker centre and having no idea what you’re going to eat, walking past each stall and checking out what’s in the trays and what’s in the kitchen and then finally selecting the stalls for entree, main, and dessert. Then the meal can begin and you can enjoy the unique dynamic of the hawker centre from your pastel stool and table. Medium format film.
