It was a dull dark cloudy day at the hide in Ras Al Khor, with the prospect of torrential rains washing away the sand from the city in the deserts. There was not much in terms of migratory species and the day did not look to turn to the better, we alway ignore the common easy to find species, but some of them do give pleasing images.Was waiting for some bird to capture after half a day of nothing just then this beautiful yet common bird came flying in to land in the open water.
