About a month ago I was rear ended hard enough for my car to be a complete write-off. This is the second time this has happened in the past three years…and I’m a little sick of it! Still, the story has a happy ending, as I had paid for a replacement clause in my insurance that would pay out enough for a replacement of my car in the current year in the case of a total write-off. I took delivery of another Fusion this week, save this time I moved to a 2016 Titanium edition AWD model that is pretty sweet. Here’s a look at my new ride in Platinum Tri-Coat. I was told recently that this restoration shop is closing. I’ve taken many pictures here over the years and will miss some of these cars that never seemed to make it out of the lot. Driving by yesterday, most of them are indeed gone now . . .
