I was really awestruck to see the habitat of these pheasant tailed jacanas at Head Baloki……………..spent a beautiful morning with four of these beautiful birds…………….it was beautiful but the birds were not landing at places where the image would have got better composition………….I’ve never done it ever………..but for this shot……..I’ve composited two images taken at the same time at the same location……….just to have a better comprehension of the surroundings where we spotted these birds…………don’t know how it looks like……just an effort……….

Very often I’m impressed how some birds blend in with their surroundings………… how do they come to realize what suits them? Strange and Impressive!!!………

I came across this Plover few days back…….. it so well guised in its surrounding that had it not moved from its place………I would not have detected its presence……….

While sitting at the edge to a cliff……….watching Steppe Eagles gliding past us………from left to right and right to left……….is an amazing experience………these raptors are so beautiful and feel sort of imposing……with a wing span ranging from 5.4 feet to 7.1 feet………..and we were presented with a cold …. piercing ….. stare every now and then……….. ☺

This little beauty greets us very predictably every time we visit this valley in Margalla hills……..I wonder how well this bird is camouflaged in its surroundings……and if it don’t move…….its really hard to detect it without binos or a long tele………amazing bird it is……..

Despite me liking the Little Grebe and finding it more often…….I have yet to get a perfect shot………….perhaps this is because I have not done any effort to get one as such………..this shot again is a one second shot that I took while travelling on car………….I need to get one good one soon…….till then this shot is for my record purpose……….. ☺
