I guess everyone heard that elephants can communicate over huge distances. But how exactly? If you see the elephant suddenly run and stop as suddenly – be sure, he is talking to another one who can be more than 100 km away! There were cases when an elephant fell in a pit and could not get out of it by himself, then he called others and several families came from different directions, helped the caught one and walked away.

We will be taking a group back to Etosha , Namibia,Africa in a few weeks. Even though it will not be the first time my heart still begins to race of the thought of returning. This image is one of those moments that makes the trip all worth while. To see a family of elephants peacefully coming to the waterhole is beyond my ability to describe it. My heart is taken back by the little ones obediently following their leader. I love love them and pray for their protection !
