I am not a bird expert so I am not sure of the ID of this bird. I know that it is an egret and I think that it is a snowy egret (as suggested by Roger Dan) based on the colours of it’s bill. But if I am wrong, please let me know.

I captured this egret in flight on Sanibel Island, while vacationing in Florida. The wing span is incredible! I was really happy that I managed to get this shot. I still need a lot of practice for bird in flight shots.
