New on 500px : Twisted Vertigo by DanielCheong1 by DanielCheong1

Shot from the 73th floor of Cayan Tower, using a monopod to get the camera as far away as possible from the building. And to get the framing which I wanted, I had to do a vertical panorama.

New on 500px : Marina skyline II by suraj1007 by suraj1007

On my recent visit to one of my friends place I tested few things & I wanted to share this, as this is a classic example where a Tilt Shift lens is must or else the result is what u guys see here…
This image is combination of 3 vertical + 3 horizontal x 3 exposure each
& I was literally pulling my hair while fixing the panoram… Yes the verticals are not straight & the architecture looks funny…
Tilt Shift is the best lens for shooting Architecture..

New on 500px : Lago del Matese by ArpanDas by ArpanDas

My friends showed me this place and gave me around 5 minutes to take photo as there was some urgency to return early. But I saw this beautiful moss and stones beneath the water and the nice clouds over the mountain in the right. But I had to get down to the water. When I got down barefoot it was like someone cut my legs. The water was so damn cold I couldn’t feel my legs but somehow I went there and got one shot. I took a -2 stop to keep the details of the highlight as recovering the shadow in PP Is really easy for D810.
