I am a volunteer photographer at the Wetland Wildfowl trust in Arundel, West Sussex, England.

This was taken there in a small garden they have there that is used to showcase some wildlife friendly garden practices and plants. Clearly it is working as the garden is full of garden birds like this dunnock.

An early morning trip to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve turned fruitful as we came across a herd of Oryx and few Arabian Gazelle. This is a full frame picture of a male Arabian Gazelle. Thanks to the sincere conservation efforts of the Dubai Desert Conservation team, the Wildlife of UAE is on an upward curve. A beautiful and well maintained reserve where strict discipline is maintained.

At the same time, the Day reminds us of the urgent need to step up the fight against wildlife crime, which has wide-ranging economic, environmental and social impacts.” The theme this year focuses on African and Asian elephants however I’ve never photographed a wild elephant so I will just post this photo of two wild horses in Cotopaxi National Park in Ecuador.
