When I first saw the small village of Vik, I was constraint to stare at this church. On this cloudy, cold day I had a walk on the black sanded beach and had this view. Could not withstand to take a photograph.

The Haifoss. Icy cold glacier water falls over a ridge and more than 100 meters deep into a rift. It sounds like thunder and makes me feel very, very small.

A forest in springtime photographed with my old Lomo Smena Symbol on Fuji Superia (BW conversion). I like how the light green leafs turns to nearly white and give great contrast to the dark trees.

Another photograph taken with the Lomo Smena Symbol camera. It’s done on Fuji Superia and converted to BW. I find it still hard to get sharp results with this relatively easy camera.
