A hybrid Canada Goose x domestic goose standing amongst mallards. Seen during Spring migration. Supposedly it has been coming to this area for the last 5 or 6 years!

Hope everyone had a safe weekend.

A few families of goslings appeared on our pond this weekend. It’s amazing how they hatch and can swim and forage immediately. It’s much smaller than it appears.
