It was very late in the evening in Strasbourg (Alsace, France) when I discovered incidentally this location in the Petite France district. I was really fascinated of the atmosphere there with the typical half-timbered houses, the view to the famous Cathedral and the reflections in the water.

Due to the late hour the light contrasts were extremly high; a really great challenge for my single exposure technique 🙂

The Petite France is the most picturesque and one of the best preserved parts of the historical centre of Strasbourg (Alsace, France). Its bridges, half-timbered houses, and winding streets make it a magnet for visitors.
